• Fondation de Luxembourg was created December 2008 by the State of Luxembourg and Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte.

• Mission: To promote and facilitate long term philanthropic engagement for wealthy individuals.

Two lines of services:

• Structure: Fondation de Luxembourg shelters foundations under its umbrella, thus offering all advantages of an independent public utility Foundation reducing to a strict minimum the creation, administration and management of the vehicle.

• Advice: Fondation de Luxembourg also offers advice and due diligence on organizations and projects for the donor to engage with. It provides follow up and performance measurement of projects on behalf of its clients.
