Collective bargaining agreement 2010 : ALEBA, OGB-L, LCGB and ABBL extend the collective bargaining agreement 2007-2009 for another year

09/12/2009 -

On 9 December 2009,  ALEBA, the OGB-L, the LCGB-SESF and the ABBL signed the collective bargaining agreement for the year 2010.

Given the current climate of uncertainty as to the further development of the global financial sector and the ensuing threats to employment in the Luxembourg banking sector, the three trade unions ALEBA, OGB-L and LCGB-SESF and the ABBL agreed to simply prolong the modalities of the current agreement for another year.

The prolongation of the collective bargaining agreement for the year 2010 guarantees the payment of seniority steps for groups I and II, as well as the application of the guarantee linked to seniority for groups III to VI. It also includes the adaptation of the June bonus to seniority and the application of the seniority allowance.

On the other hand, there will be no individual linear increase, no increase of the scales and no overall envelope.

All other articles remain unchanged for the year 2010.
