The exhibition will continue to be on the road in 2010 after which it will be auctioned.

Presented for the first time on the 28th of September, 2008 at the Abbaye de Neumünster in Luxembourg, the photo exhibition « The Side Face of Microfinance» (in French: "Microfinance côté face"), created by the professional photographer Guy Wolff and ADA, has been seen by over 10.000 people throughout Luxembourg, France, Switzerland and 5 African countries.

Designed to promote Microfinance, the 50 pictures were exhibited in 24 different locations between the 28 September 2008 and 31 December 2009. Of these, 60% of the exhibitions took place in the Grand-Duchy: to name a few, Aline Mayrisch high school, the European Investment Bank, the commercial center "Belle Etoile" in Bertrange and the municipalities of Vianden, Betzdorf, Strassen, Niederanven and Bettembourg. Also on the list of places are five African countries: Burkina Faso, Mali, Cabo-Verde, Senegal and Togo, and three French cities, Bar-Ie-Duc, Metz and Thionville. Municipalities represent one quarter (25%) of the borrowers, followed by high schools (17%) and Microfinance institutions (17%). Lastly, NGOs and associations, as well as the financial and private sector all  showed great interest in this project, which was realized with the support of the Luxembourg Cooperation the partnership of CCRN Abbaye de Neumünster, ABBL, Banque de Luxembourg, KBL-European Private Bankers and BCEE.

The exhibition will continue to be on the road in 2010. It will be presented at the cultural
center in Rumelange from  January 28 through to the February 7. In the meantime, the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) will get the second set of pictures from the 15th to the 28th of February.

At the end of the itinerary in autumn 2010, a selection of pictures will be sent back to Luxembourg and auctioned. The second set of photos will be offered to the "Confédération des institutions financières" in Burkina Faso, as a promotional tool for ADA west-African partners.
