This conference aims to provide a better understanding of the challenges currently faced in the supervision of market abuse in the EU. The conference will inform practitioners on best practices in market monitoring, investigations and enforcement of the legal rules on market abuse.

Through examples from various Member States, participants will gain new insights on supervision in this field.
