Objective

This conference will provide practitioners with in-depth guidance on the regulatory framework for over-the-counter (OTC) and exchange-traded derivatives in the EU. It will provide an overview of US legislation in the field and update legal practitioners on current developments such as the recent deal struck with the US and the review of EMIR.

During the conference practitioners will be able to exchange experiences and discuss recent developments with leading experts in the field.
