  • 5.15pm: Registrations and welcome
  • 5.30pm: Introduction by Raymond Schadeck, chairman of ILA
  • 5.45pm Presentation on “Corporate Governance of groups of companies” by Jean Guill, honorary Director General at the CSSF. During his presentation, Mr Guill explain his view of Corporate Governance in a group environment and the Luxembourg business model.
  • 6.15pm: Panel discussion regarding the "Roles and responsibilites of subsidiary boards", moderated by Thomas Feld, KPMG and
    • Wolfgang Dürr, DekaBank,
    • Yves Maas, Crédit Suisse,
    • Stefan Schwab, DZ Bank
  • 7.00pm: Q&A session with the audience
  • 7.15pm:  Closing remarkds by Thomas Feld, panel moderator

The conference will be closed with a networking cocktail. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss issues with speakers and panelists.

  • The conference will be conducted in German with a simultaneous translation in English.
