Over the last few months, significant tax changes have impacted the financial industry both within the corporate and the operational tax scene.
 
This goes along with increased reporting needs and transparency in the field of taxation and beyond. In parallel, banking business transformations connected either to Brexit, or to other evolutions open new tax dimensions for financial institutions.
 
Appropriate tax governance is increasingly critical as handling banks face exposure to increased liability with respect to taxation of their institution and in relation to the duty to properly address their clients’ tax position. Time for a recap and roadmap!
