VENTURE PHILANTHROPY has undergone significant evolution since the first official EVPA conference in London in 2005. This year we move away from past dichotomies to focus on the overall objective of venture philanthropy: building stronger social sector organisations to achieve greater social impact. EVPA is a membership association comprised of organisations which practise and are interested in venture philanthropy. The association has over 120 members in more than 20 countries, coming from sectors as diverse as private equity, foundations, universities, private banks, and law firms.
