On 20 October 2011 the European Parliament issued a questionnaire, drafted by Markus Ferber, requesting feedback regarding the Directive proposals for MiFID/MiFIR  (COM(2011)0652 and COM(2011)0656).

All interested stakeholders were invited to complete the questionnaire.

The survey consists of 31 questions regarding topics such as the scope of the directive, organisation of markets and trading and transparency.
