Arendt & Medernach are pleased to announce that Camille Bourke, Max Kremer, Alexander Olliges and Matthieu Taillandier have been elected partners.

 

  • Camille Bourke is a partner in the investment funds practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in corporate law, private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, as well as in private equity structuring.
  • Max Kremer is a partner in the banking and financial services practice of Arendt & Medernach where he specialises in corporate and regulatory matters involving banks, investment firms, insurance and reinsurance companies. He advises on all aspects of organisations, reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions, migrations and liquidations of financial institutions.
  • Alexander Olliges is a partner at Arendt & Medernach where he specialises in corporate law, advising domestic and foreign clients from the private equity and real estate industry on the structuring of international transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions as well as the reorganisation and setting up of various company structures in Luxembourg.
  • Matthieu Taillandier is a partner in the bank lending, structured finance practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, structured finance, acquisition finance and asset finance. Matthieu also specialises in securitisation, advising clients on all aspects of regulated and non-regulated securitisation transactions.
