The House of Training offers new training sessions dedicated to the new Collective bargaining agreement for bank employees.

New Collective Bargaining Agreement for Banks: Job Grading Exercise (16h)

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • understand the fundamentals of job grading
  • understand the classification model of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”) for Banks and be able to apply it
  • understand the challenges of the new model and its impact on employees
  • organise/participate in the grading workshops within its banking institution
  • create job descriptions allowing to deploy new classification

Course delivered in French and English

– FR sessions scheduled : January 28&29, March 25&26, May 20&21

New Collective Bargaining Agreement for Banks – Design an Individual Development Plan (4h)

After the training, the participant shall be able to:

  • address the new Banking CCT obligation in relation with development issues and convert it into a meaningful process between employees and their managers
  • design an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that contributes to the employees employability and to the evolution of the needs of competencies within the banking sector as well as on the labour market
