According to Ananda: “We are in a disruptive era in financial services giving rise to new services, new business models, new entrants driven by technological, market, regulatory changes and more demanding customers who expect seamless experience across channels anytime anywhere. This is a challenging mix but that offers huge opportunities”.

“There is an acceleration in the payments landscape linked to all these changes in the ecosystem and a special focus on developing further an European independent and strong digital single market. Luxembourg has an important role to play on it. Collaboration among existing and new players will be key”.
According to Yves Maas, ABBL CEO: “I am delighted to welcome Ananda to the ABBL, where her knowledge and experience will ensure that our industry keeps abreast of digital trends and developments, now a core business of the banking sector.”
