Launch of European Cyber Security Month: raising awareness of cyber threats

ABBL Published 06.10.2021

The month of October marks European Cyber Security Month across the European Union, through an awareness-raising campaign organised by the European Cyber Security Agency (ENISA), the European Commission and the Member States, including the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Under the slogan Think Before You Click – #ThinkB4UClick, the campaign illustrates, through real-life stories, animated clips and infographics, both pitfalls and good practices for our online activities.

In the Grand Duchy, the initiative, which is an integral part of national efforts in this area, is being translated into the Cybersecurity Week Luxembourg, which will take place from 18 to 28 October 2021. During this event, which brings together the entire cybersecurity ecosystem, some fifteen companies and organisations are mobilising to highlight cybersecurity topics: cryptography, the human-machine relationship, data protection, legislation, etc. On this occasion, the ABBL and Accenture are organising an event Leaders: Stay ahead in the race for post-quantum cryptography, on Monday 18 October, followed by a networking session.
