The Academy of European Law (ERA) invites you to a workshop on topical issues and problems in combatting corruption and bribery in the financial sector. It will focus on detecting and preventing corrupt practices and relations between financial market participants and their clients, investors, sub-contractors, service providers and other third parties, as well as corruption and conflicts of interest in the inner workings of financial institutions, both in the public and private sector.
This event is part of a series of online workshop of 90 minutes each about Regulatory Compliance in the EU Financial Sector, which will address topical issues and problems in banking, financial services, fund and investment compliance, both at the conceptual and practical levels. It will also update practitioners on emerging trends and complexities in the regulatory and supervisory framework applicable to the process of raising and investing capital in the EU.
