« Cloud Outsourcing Regulation: Updates and Implications » which will deal with the recently published European Banking Authority (EBA) revised guidelines on outsourcing arrangements and with the circular 19/714 from CSSF, update from circular 17/654 on IT outsourcing based on Cloud Computing infrastructure.

The CSSF and a panel of experts will provide you with some clarification on both regulations that will help you to understand the impact from a contractual perspective and the role of Support PSF in the framework of these regulations.
