General information
The Academy of European Law (ERA) invites you to a workshop on the emerging compliance priority of securing operational resilience of critical financial infrastructures. It provides a brief introduction to national-security compliance, discusses the designation of financial services as “critical infrastructure” and analyses the special challenges in assessing the threats to operational resilience posed by cross-border investments in the financial sector, as well as the role of the European Central Bank in supervising strategically important financial infrastructures and technologies.
This event is part of a series of online workshop of 90 minutes each about Regulatory Compliance in the EU Financial Sector, which will address topical issues and problems in banking, financial services, fund and investment compliance, both at the conceptual and practical levels.
