SUMMARY:Human Rights Compliance in the Financial Sector
DESCRIPTION:The Academy of European Law (ERA) invites you to a workshop on the intersection of human rights and financial services and the growing role of societal values and interests in finance. It will address human rights as an aspect of sustainability and how recent policy initiatives and investor expectations have resulted in a need for transparency about business dealings with third parties\, including the financial sector\, and ensuing due diligence requirements. \nThis event is part of a series of online workshop of 90 minutes each about Regulatory Compliance in the EU Financial Sector\, which will address topical issues and problems in banking\, financial services\, fund and investment compliance\, both at the conceptual and practical levels.
