The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) and Arendt are happy to invite you to the second part of their joint online event about the recent amendments to the CSSF Regulation n°12-02.  The changes will impact all professionals subject to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing (AML-CTF) obligations and are regulated, registered or supervised by the CSSF.

On Wednesday 21 October, our speakers addressed and commented on the major changes brought to the CSSF Regulation. The topics and the insights commented upon by the speakers dealt notably with the risk based approach and new rules surrounding customer due diligence measures for both banks and funds.

This was the first instalment of this two-part webinar series. The many participants (more than 600 audience members) evidenced the paramount importance of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing (AML-CTF) efforts.

Part 2 : on Wednesday 18 November from 11:15 to 12:15, our experts, while finalising their developments on the major changes brought to the CSSF Regulation, will also take the opportunity to shed some light on the current state of play in terms of digital client on-boarding and of what is happening in such context on the market. Register here.

We look forward to connecting with you for this second part.
