Job Description

The Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL) represents over 150 banks and professionals of the financial sector promoting the sustainable development of regulated, innovative and responsible banking services in Luxembourg.

We are currently recruiting: an adviser for SEPA Payments and Banking Technologies (m/f).



Monitor the SEPA payments and related banking technology landscape
Provide information, guidance and practical advice to our members
Facilitate relevant ABBL working groups
Participate in working groups at national and international level


A Bachelor or a Master ’s degree in IT Sciences, Finance or similar
First working experience in payments and/or banking technologies
Basic knowledge of the current SEPA rulebooks and regulated frameworks
Basic knowledge of cyber security
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate, both oral and written
Proactive, rigorous and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good command of standard Office software
