ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do?

The Product Development team forms a part of Advanzia’s Marketing and Sales department and is responsible for implementing enhancements to existing products as well as researching, scoping and developing new product ideas. The Product Development Senior Officer will be responsible for the following activities:
 Work on new products and product features in one or more of the following key product areas:
 Credit cards
 Deposit accounts
 Insurance products
 Act as a key participant in product development initiatives and projects
 Implement changes to active products based on legal, regulatory or process-related requirements on an ongoing basis
 Cooperate with other specialist departments to achieve objectives
 Own the product KPIs
 Maintain and improve regular internal and external product reporting
 Research and analyse competitor products
 Define go-to market strategies together with sales and business development

Required Experience

ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?

 University degree in economics, business or marketing, or an equivalent degree
 Experience in a financial services, retail banking,
or insurance environment
 Strong understanding of business KPIs and the ability to drive them
 Analytical, structured way of working
 Previous project management experience considered a plus

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and/or German; other European language skills are advantageous
