Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB
The Executive Office is part of the CEO department and the first point of contact for all visitors, customers, business partners and staff. It provides administrative assistance for the Executive Management and various stakeholders in the company. The Secretary/ Receptionist will be responsible for the following activities:
- Secretarial and administrative support
- Welcoming visitors (registration), answering telephone and emails
- Coordination of meetings
- Support for travel bookings
- Ordering and coordination of office supplies
- Organisation of company events
- Administrative support for the HR department

Required Experience

ABOUT YOU
- First work experience in a related area, e.g. as an executive assistant, secretary or receptionist
- Very good command of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, German and French; Knowledge of Luxembourgish or any other European language is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
- A relevant education/vocational training in a related field will be considered as an advantage
