Job Description

Banque de Patrimoine Privées (BPP) is a banking entity owned 100% by the Crèdit Andorrà Group, located in Luxembourg under the regulation of the CSSF, and with presence in the country since 2010. Our international private banking service is modeled by its exclusivity, tailor made solutions, independence and discretion. We are looking for a:

Senior Fund Accountant (H/F) CDI

Main roles and domain expert:

• Manages the accounting of complex investment funds and calculates the NAV
• Ensures the accuracy of securities transactions, derivatives, cash movements, subscriptions / redemptions or any other transaction
• Bookkeeping on a daily basis and review of accruals at year-end
• Performs reconciliation of cash and securities transactions
• Supervising and assisting Junior team members
• Ensure respect of deadlines implemented, respect of internal procedures
• Ensure that his tax and legal knowledge linked to the function is up to date
• Ensures the maintenance of the accounting tool implemented
• Preparation of annual accounts and various reports (interim, quarterly and liquidation reports)
• Preparation of tax provisions and review of tax declarations
• Preparation of VAT declarations
• Assistance to the legal department in the preparation of various documents
• Ensures the follow-up of operations with the custodian bank and / or external brokers
• Maintains daily reports with internal services of the bank (Custodian Bank, Transfer Agency, Pricing and Domiciliation)
• Maintains daily relationships with the Management Company and fund managers
• Maintains regular relationships with the members of the Board of managed funds
• Building strong relationships with third parties (Clients, Auditors)

Professional skills and experience:

• Education / training (or equivalent level): Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experience (s) required: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar function
• Good knowledge in accounting and finance
• Good knowledge of the standards and regulations in force
• Knowledge of project management and improvement of procedures
• Good writing skills
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Good knowledge in accounting software GP3 (BOB50 is an asset)

Language skills :

• Fluent in English and French, Spanish is an asset.

The selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record dated less than 2 months.
