If you wish to transfer all or part of your payment services from your payment account in Luxembourg (credit transfers, direct debits and standing orders) to your payment account at another bank, you can either take all the actions with the old bank and the new bank by yourself either ask your new bank to initiate and manage the switching process.
How to proceed
The new bank needs a written autorisation form you in ordrer to launch the switching procedure. The autorisation defines the operations you want to transmit, identifies the tasks to be fulfilled by the new and the old bank and within which timeframe .
