ESMA’s Final Report – Technical Standards on the European Green Bonds Regulation (14 February 2025) sets out the draft RTS and ITS underpinning the external reviewer regime under the EuGB Regulation. It specifies criteria on governance, internal controls, conflicts of interest, analytical resources, outsourcing and registration procedures, and submits the final technical standards to the European Commission for adoption.
