The “IBAN/BIC Code Register – Versioning Document” (ABBL, November 2025) records all changes made to the Luxembourg IBAN–BIC Register over time. It documents creations, deletions, and modifications of IBAN codes and associated BICs, as well as institutional name changes and closures, providing transparency, traceability, and operational certainty for banks and payment service providers.
