The “Cybersecurity Needs of Luxembourg SMEs” survey report (National Cybersecurity Competence Center – NC3, October 2023) analyses cybersecurity challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in Luxembourg. Based on surveys and focus groups, it identifies limited resources, skills gaps, regulatory complexity, and budget constraints, and provides strategic recommendations to strengthen SME cybersecurity through awareness, tailored solutions, public support, and ecosystem collaboration.
