This service, established in collaboration with key financial institutions, Worldline, and LuxTrust, has been designed to help clients report lost or stolen bank cards and suspicious transactions at any time.

Despite ongoing investments in digital security and education on fraud prevention, the risk of falling victim to fraud remains high. The hotline allows immediate reporting of any fraud or suspicious activity, especially outside regular banking hours. During business hours, clients can contact their banks or LuxTrust directly. After hours, calls will automatically redirect to Worldline’s emergency number for support.
