Published on 19 October 2023

Elisabeth brings experience in employment law, employer representation and legal guidance, with a focus on supporting ABBL members on workplace challenges, collective bargaining and evolving forms of work organisation.

Summary

Elisabeth joined the Luxembourg Banker’s Association in October 2023 as Legal adviser with focus on labour law. She will assist the ABBL members in all HR legal aspects, notably on the application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and will represent the interests of employers in the banking sector in various fora both at national and European level.

I am thrilled to begin this new role with the ABBL, especially in today’s evolving workplace landscape. Creating an environment and legal framework that facilitates the smooth running of our members is essential to address the challenges they face, such as new form of work organization and habits, talent attraction, etc.
