The ALFI–ABBL “New AIFM/UCITS CDRs on Delegated Safekeeping – Impact Assessment and Implementation” guidelines, (September 2019) provides practical guidance on implementing amended EU delegated regulations on custody delegation. It analyses regulatory impacts, clarifies books-and-records and reconciliation requirements, and proposes risk-based principles to support depositaries in adjusting operating models and ensuring compliance with AIFMD and UCITS frameworks.
