This consultation response, published by the ABBL in 2024, provides feedback to the ECB on its draft Guide on Cloud Outsourcing. ABBL urges better alignment with DORA and EBA guidelines, proportionality in supervisory expectations, and avoidance of redundant or overly prescriptive measures to ensure regulatory coherence and competitiveness.
