Executive summary

The “Standard Single Credit Transfer Form (TUP) – Technical Specifications, Version 4.1” (ABBL, August 2025) defines the mandatory updated format for paper-based credit transfers in Luxembourg. It introduces structured beneficiary addresses, instant EUR transfer options, revised OCR requirements, and layout enhancements to ensure efficient automated processing, with mandatory use from November 2025.
