In a context of continuously increasing regulatory expectations, the role and responsibilities of directors in Luxembourg have evolved significantly.
Governance, taxation, AML/CFT obligations, artificial intelligence and digital transformation are creating new operational, legal and personal liability risks for board members and senior executives.
Organised by SKOLAE Training Luxembourg and chaired by Me Valérie Kopéra (VK Law Luxembourg), this conference will bring together recognised experts to analyse current regulatory expectations, governance standards and emerging liability risks affecting directors and managers in Luxembourg.
The programme will address civil, criminal and tax liabilities, CSSF expectations, AML/CFT governance obligations and the growing impact of artificial intelligence on governance frameworks and board responsibilities.
