Forum luxembourgeois de la prévention de la corruption (FLPC 2026)

The Forum Luxembourgeois de la Prévention de la Corruption (FLPC) is the first national forum in Luxembourg entirely dedicated to anti-corruption compliance. Bringing together regulators, public authorities, financial institutions, legal practitioners and compliance professionals, the event aims to provide practical insights into one of the most rapidly evolving areas of governance and corporate compliance.

Throughout the day, participants will explore current anti-corruption challenges, international enforcement trends and practical approaches to strengthening compliance frameworks through expert presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

The programme features more than twenty international speakers from organisations including the OECD, INTERPOL, OLAF, Transparency International, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Airbus, BNP Paribas Asset Management, the Basel Institute on Governance, as well as representatives from public authorities and the legal profession.

Among the topics to be addressed:

• International anti-corruption developments and public policy;
• Corruption risk assessment and third-party due diligence;
• Red flags in financial transactions;
• Public integrity, lobbying and conflicts of interest;
• International investigations and extraterritorial enforcement;
• Operational compliance frameworks, including codes of conduct, gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest.

The event will conclude with a networking cocktail, during which attendees will have the opportunity to watch a European preview of excerpts from the Emmy Award-nominated documentary Bribe, Inc.
