Developed under the Luxembourg law of 8 March 2023 on the accessibility of products and services, it describes the main steps of the investment advice process, including the assessment of the client’s investor profile, personalised recommendations, suitability statements, related costs, withdrawal rights and contract termination conditions. A glossary of key financial terms is included to support understanding and accessibility.
