Prepared by the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) with its members, this simplified information sheet explains in clear and accessible language what orders for financial instruments are and how they are executed. Developed under the Luxembourg law of 8 March 2023 on accessibility, it covers financial instruments, the bank’s role, order execution, transaction reporting, fees, withdrawal rights and contract termination.
