On 20 October 2026, Deloitte Luxembourg will host an evening dedicated to eIDAS 2.0 and the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet, exploring their implications for the banking and insurance sectors.
The event will bring together representatives from the Ministry of Digitalisation, ABBL and ACA Luxembourg to discuss the development of digital identity in Europe and its impact on financial institutions.
Representing the ABBL, Amandine Laurent, Legal Adviser – AML/CFT, Compliance & Data Protection, and Arnaud Clément, Head of Payment & Innovation, will jointly address the transition “From digital identity to trusted transaction”, with a particular focus on the intersections between digital identity, payments, AML/CFT, fraud prevention and authentication.
