Covering all 53 institutions active in the sector, it reports €6.5 trillion in assets under deposit (+22%) and €5.5 trillion in assets under custody (+15%), driven by market performance. The top 10 banks manage nearly 80% of depositary and 88% of custody assets, confirming a highly concentrated yet resilient market. The sector employs over 2,100 professionals, reflecting its critical contribution to Luxembourg’s financial centre and its continued strength as a global leader in asset servicing and fund administration.
