As summer student you will have the opportunity to support our business in a fast-changing environment. As a result of our continued growth, Advanzia offers many job opportunities for dynamic, skilled and open-minded team players.
We are currently looking for students to work in our Customer Service department during the summer holidays between July and September.
ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
Support our Customer Service department for the following activities:
Taking care of daily administrative tasks – filling and mailing
Updating records in the databases – ensure correct handling of sensitive documents
Assisting our experts – preparation and follow-up of new contracts, existing customer accounts, requests and ad
hoc tasks
Project support – Participating in the process of setting up new customers and new internal projects
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
You are under 27 years old and enrolled as a student in Luxembourg or abroad
You are available to work full time
Having some prior experience in the administrative field within customer service, the banking sector, or credit &
collections is a plus
Good command of MS Office
Fluency in English is essential and German is required
You are open-minded, trustworthy and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
