The ABBL announced the appointment of Jerry Grbic as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 April 2022, succeeding Yves Maas. A Luxembourg national, Grbic brings over 25 years of banking experience, including his role as CEO of Fortuna Bank since 2015. Guy Hoffmann, ABBL Chairman, praised his dynamic leadership and sector expertise, ensuring ABBL remains a key partner in developing Luxembourg’s financial centre. Grbic’s career, which began at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg in 1996, equips him with strong knowledge of members’ core businesses, reinforcing ABBL’s mission as the largest professional association in Luxembourg’s financial sector.
