On 24 September 2020, the ABBL signed the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, reinforcing its commitment to non-discrimination, equal opportunities, and workplace inclusion. The charter promotes concrete actions beyond legal obligations, fostering pluralism, fairness, and innovation. By joining, the ABBL pledges to integrate diversity into recruitment, management, and company culture, to regularly evaluate progress, and to uphold the Charter’s integrity. This initiative strengthens the ABBL’s role as a responsible employer and sector representative, positioning Luxembourg’s financial industry as a driver of equality and social progress through shared values and inclusive practices.
