The ABBL is pleased to share this conference organised by the Association Luxembourgeoise pour l’Étude du Droit de la Concurrence (ALEDC).
This session will welcome Marc van der Woude, President of the General Court of the European Union, who will provide insights into the application and evolution of EU competition law from the perspective of the Court.
Drawing on his extensive experience as both a Member and President of the General Court, Marc van der Woude will discuss the role of the Court in shaping competition law jurisprudence and address key developments affecting businesses, legal practitioners and policymakers across Europe.
The conference will be held in French and will be followed by a networking reception.

Marc van der Woude has served as President of the General Court of the European Union since 2022. Having previously served as a Judge of the General Court, he brings extensive expertise in European competition law and judicial practice. During this conference, he will share reflections on the evolution of competition law and the role of the General Court within the European legal framework.
