Junior Internal Auditor

Under the managementof the Head of Internal Audit Department (IAD)to assist thedepartmentcarrying out coordinating engaged external auditor and carrying out internal audit related work, internal audit related supervision and consulting services, promoting the implementation of regulatory compliance, carrying out the policies stipulated by the Head Officeof the Bank, promoting the improvement of business operations and management activities to provide the reasonable assurance towards the achievement of business strategy and operational targets of ICBC.

• Handling audit requests: deal with inwards audit requests of the Bank’s customer related;
• Input internal and external auditors’ detected findings into in-house designed system;
• Assistance on the implementation of the annual audit plan: provide requested assistance for implementation of annual planned internal audit examinations;
• Provide assistance on the operations of following-ups over audits’ points, findings detected by the Regulators and the Head Office of the Bank;
• Assist the department on improving the system of internal audit function on request;
• Assistance on coordination of annual statutory audits: assist the department on fulfilling tasks requested by the Board and the Management of the Bank,where needed.

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in Auditing, Risk Management, Finance, Management or related fields;
• Fluent in English. Mandarin or French is considered as an advantage;
• 1-year working experience in audit firm or financial institutions in the areas of auditing or internal control function;
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to analyze;
• Ability to perform the tasks efficiently under the team lead;
• Good communications and reports writing ability;
• Strong commitment to ethical conduct and independence to maintain the credibility of the audit process;
• Sense of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and transparency.
