Pay Transparency Directive: Preparing for Luxembourg’s Implementation
The ABBL and BDO Luxembourg are organising a dedicated event on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implementation in Luxembourg, bringing together policymakers, experts and financial sector representatives to discuss the implications of the new framework.
As Luxembourg prepares for the implementation of the Directive, employers will need to anticipate evolving requirements around pay transparency and consider their implications for existing practices and processes.
The event will welcome Marc Spautz, Minister of Labour, who will provide insights into the upcoming implementation of the Directive in Luxembourg.
His intervention will be followed by a panel discussion with experts and industry representatives, providing an opportunity to exchange views on the key legal and practical considerations arising from the Directive and what organisations should be preparing for.
The conference will conclude with a networking cocktail.
