From Operational Efficiency to Client Impact: The Agentic AI Opportunities and Challenges

Wednesday, 25 November 2026 | 14:00–14:45 CET | Online

This webinar is exclusively reserved for ABBL members. Participation is subject to prior registration.

About the event

Artificial intelligence is evolving from assistants that generate insights to autonomous agents capable of executing tasks and orchestrating workflows. For banks, this shift towards agentic AI opens new opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity and client experience.

The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL), in collaboration with Avaloq, is organising a dedicated webinar to explore how financial institutions can translate these opportunities into tangible business value.

Through practical banking use cases and a live demonstration, Avaloq experts will examine how agentic AI can support relationship managers, enhance service quality and streamline banking operations. The session will also address the challenges of implementing and scaling AI solutions, from initial pilots to production environments.

Key topics

  • From AI assistants to AI agents: Understanding the next stage of AI transformation in banking.
  • Business value and client impact: Improving client experience, service quality and relationship manager productivity.
  • Practical banking use cases: Exploring applications of agentic AI.
  • Implementation and scaling: Key success factors, lessons learned and challenges in moving from pilots to production.
  • Live demonstration: Illustrating agentic AI capabilities through a practical banking scenario.
